As an experienced and fully qualified Holistic Therapist, my aim is to help you achieve physical and emotional well-being and restore balance into your life. Together we will select the most effective complementary therapy treatment, providing relaxation and reducing the stress levels often experienced in today’s hectic lifestyle.
It is now recognised that prolonged periods of stress and worry may ultimately lead to physical “dis-ease”. Complementary therapies should be therefore be seen as preventative as well as remedial - regular treatments can help boost your immune system and aid relaxation and recuperation.
Therapies available include Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Health Dowsing, Rejuvenating Facial Massage and Remedial Aromatherapy Massage as well as Pregnancy Reflexology and Massage and Pre-conception Reflexology treatments.
Training courses are offered on a regular basis for all levels of Usui Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, and Health Dowsing at this central and easily accessible East Midlands location, in Barlestone, West Leicestershire.
My relaxing therapy room is home-based so there will be no waiting when you arrive, nor will you feel rushed to leave at the end of your visit. Workplace visits can also be arranged to assist your staff with work-related stress, using seated back, head and shoulder massage.
