I am shortly relocating to Swanage in Dorset, where I will be initially working on a mobile basis.
As an experienced and fully qualified Holistic Therapist, my aim is to help you achieve physical and emotional well-being and restore balance into your life. Together we will select the most effective complementary therapy treatment, providing relaxation and reducing the stress levels often experienced in today’s hectic lifestyle.
It is now recognised that prolonged periods of stress and worry may ultimately lead to physical “dis-ease”. Complementary therapies should be therefore be seen as preventative as well as remedial - regular treatments can help boost your immune system and aid relaxation and recuperation.
Therapies available include Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Rejuvenating Facial Massage and Remedial Aromatherapy Massage as well as Pregnancy Reflexology and Pre-conception Reflexology treatments.
Once my therapy room is established, I will again be able to offer Training courses on a regular basis for all levels of Usui Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, and Health Dowsing, with accommodation available if required. In the meantime if you are interested in Reiki training and attunements, please get in touch.
